Rich has been married to his best friend for twelve wonderful years, is a father of four children, and serves as an Associate Pastor for First Baptist Church of New Philadelphia, Ohio. Ministry passions include: preaching, counseling, and personally investing in the lives of others.

Somewhat energetic as a child, Rich has sought to temper this {though a regular intake of Mountain Dew does not always help}. Rich now enjoys spending time with his incredible family doing pretty much anything. His dream vacation has these following components: family, campfire, s’mores, rafting, and a quiet walk in the woods.

It is his desire to be the kind of leader that people are compelled to follow, not perfect by any means; but very “real”.
